Community musician walk-ons are accepted, but will be required to sign an event participation agreement. Pre-registrants receive a song setlist with lyrics & chords in advance and are eligible to receive a surprise gift! Audience members may attend without registration.
- WHEN (pending) – Sunday, May 30, 7:30pm
Rain date (pending) Monday, May 31, 7:30pm - WHERE – Carroll Creek Park Amphitheater, Frederick, MD (between South Market Street and South Carroll Street) – the amphitheater has natural stone/earth seating available but you may bring a portable chair if you wish
- HOW – A ‘SuperGroup’ of talented, young, local musicians – will lead participants through the performance of 12 popular songs
- Community Musicians will be provided with song chord charts and lyrics upon registration
- Non-performance members (audience) are NOT required to register and may enjoy the music and community at no cost
- During the event, the chord charts and lyrics were projected by laser projector onto a 135″ projector screen so participants may follow along as we perform the songs!
- WHO – IT DOESN’T MATTER HOW TALENTED YOU ARE! Anyone of any age who likes to sing, play an acoustic stringed, woodwind, or brass instrument is welcome to JOIN IN THE FUN ! (participants under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult)
- COST – The event is free, however, as this is our annual fundraiser, we request donations from those who are in a position to donate with a suggested donation of $25.00. Don’t let the request for donations prevent you from participating if you cannot afford to give.
- REQUIREMENTS – Musical participants are required to complete a participation agreement form either online or on-site at our welcome tents
